Checking-In On Peeps - Post Here To Say Hello!

We have such a vibrant community here at BYC... tons of active friendly members. Of course, life gets busy, so I was thinking it would be fun to start a thread welcoming some of our peeps we haven't heard from in a while.

If that's you, come say hello and let us know what you've been up to. :)

(if that's not you, feel free to invite peeps you haven't seen in a while and say hi to those that post here)
You have been on BYC as long as I have been keeping chickens and I was on BYC at the start but have been inactive for years. I'm expecting an order(of 26) from Murray McMurray. I'm excited and nervous about shipping in the cold. It's been many years since I ordered this many. I'm getting a few for me and a lot to sell. Lynn

Nifty is the owner of backyard chickens.

It is good to see you!

Lynn Grigg here, originally from Winston-Salem NC. Scot and I retired and moved to the middle of nowhere in - the dead center of Virginia. I've been keeping at least five chickens for about 29 years. I have a couple large scary COLD orders coming this month. Some to keep, some to sell (I hope)** laying pullets Black Stars/Astrolorps/ EEs and 2 or 3 breeding trios - astrolorps and faverolles. I wish you hadn't removed the post with a question about a member's hen's vent photo where other byc members were photo shopping crazy replies. I wet my pants.....AT WORK. KEEP ON CLUCKING IT UP!!!! Lynn
It is good to see you here from Virginia!

I retired last summer and still live at the same place. Enjoy the new homestead!
