Here's another recipe if you're still looking. This is the recipe I use every time. Everyone loves them, even though my family insists I leave it plain and no toppings because they like them best that way.

Thank you everyone for the great recipes... I have one cooking in the oven right now !!!! I made a gramcracer and walnut crust for it... here's the recipe for the crust:

1 3/4 cup finge grahmcracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter melted.

I posted on facebook that I had made a cheese cake and got a call from one of my sisters , and a cousin wanting to come try it !!! LOL.. My oldest son should be calling next. !!!! Told my sister she had to come show up Thusday for some.. My son is going out of town for the holiday .. His birthday is the 26 th so I may make him one for his birthday.. He sure would make a splash at work on Monday it he showed up with cheese cake I bet !!!!


Oh my just looked on the link above for cheese cake recipes and ooooohhhhh those all look good too... Gonna have to fixe cheese cake for Christmas too looks like !!!!!!

My daughter makes all the pies and a pumpkin roll for Thanksgiving every year so I won't steal her thunder. But I just decided that I am going to make mini cheesecakes (you know those 6" pans?) for my co-workers for Christmas. I'm going to use all your recipes, BettyR!

MMMMM!! BTW, I dreamt about cheesecakes all night long.

A change in plans! My daughter has come down with a bad cold, so hubs told her we would make the "pies" so she can rest.

This is the one Ive used for oh.....30 years. Got it from my mother. Love the sour cream topping. Sometimes I add mini chocolate chips to the sour cream topping...mmmmmm

The one Halo uses is the on my sister in law uses. She puts them in cupcake papers so they are individually wrapped. I think we eat them quicker that way, but they are wonderful.

I now have to spend the morning coping all of these to documents.! Thanks!
