I will eat any kind, even the fake cheeses have their place in my sandwich, just depends on my mood. I grew up on Velveeta, best fake cheese ever.

The processed cheese that gags me is the off brand sandwich cheese...yuk!

UGH!

I remember getting ranch dressing out the frig and pouring it on my salad when I was a kid....turned out it was my moms blue cheese dressing.....I thought I'd been poisoned!! Gag! Spit! Aaaaauuuuggghhhh. I never tried it again till I was in my forties....and what the heck...I like it now!

I've never tried any mold cheese either, maybe one day but for now I haven't tried blue cheese, it looks creepy.
