I've never tried any mold cheese either, maybe one day but for now I haven't tried blue cheese, it looks creepy.

yeah, blue cheese gives me the creeps

zI remember getting ranch dressing out the frig and pouring it on my salad when I was a kid....turned out it was my moms blue cheese dressing.....I thought I'd been poisoned!! Gag! Spit! Aaaaauuuuggghhhh. I never tried it again till I was in my forties....and what the heck...I like it now!

I try to only directly eat my bantams eggs, not a big egg eater, they very seldom have any extra spots or gook in them, and are always perfect like angels laid them. My large breed hens eggs get given away, used in baking, or fed back to the chicken. I love my bantams, especially my little frizzles, they are moving balls of fluff, and are so tender hearted.
