We preferred to just cut to the chase and get adults. We got these from the same guy that we got the last ones from. He always has really clean, healthy and well cared for birds. They are a year old. All EE. He had 10 EE's and 7 Red sex links for sale. We just loved these EE's so got 5 of those.

That black one has a crest on it's head, wonders if it's an Olive Egger?
Looks just like my Black Copper Marans X Cream Legbar birds.
Oh.... except for the beard.

We are wondering the same. That one was Cheryl's first pick. She loved the crest.
 
1 week report. The newbies are doing well. Have been no issues at all. Egg laying was slow for a few days right after the integration as expected but is picking up now. 8/12 yesterday and 9/12 today. A really nice mix of colors.
