Chia Plants Edible?

My chickens used it as a shade tree but never really tried to eat it.

Oh great, all I need is another plant I want to grow LOL. I have lots of chia seeds, think I'll start some.

Great info on the chia plant and seeds. I am going to try juicing them. If you can use it for tea, then the leaves are healthy to eat. Here's a great video on juicing wheatgrass.
