There is no such law that I'm aware of. It's all noise/nuisance ordnance based. so roosters while not prohibited are often an issue based on the noise ordnance. This is supposed to be the same as a dog, 3 neighbors, 3 seperate times, signed statements, but sometimes an overzealous public employee will make life hell for anyone with roos. We choose not to keep them out of respect for our neighbors.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
