My interest is actually in their meat qualities. Hatchery stock (in general) is on the small side. I am hoping that there are some New Hampshire Red fans in New Hampshire that are raising bigger birds.

i had a good time too! it was nice to meet another couple from the same city/area i'm in doing chickens.

too bad the rain started to come down heavier. i would have liked to stay a little later but i wasn't sure if it was going to stop again. if i brought the awning it probably would have been ok to stay.

i was actually very good this time and didn't pick up any new chicks and found the blue cochin roo a better home. i figured i didn't have room to bring home anything new. little did i know i would stop at a yard sale on the way home and buy a bird cage that had to go on top of my car.

I will see what I can find.
Rex to Rex breeding is a beautiful rabbit,. look at Nixa ! He is one of the best examples of that type of breeding.
I will get Shannon on the trail of a nice Doe for you around $25.00 and yes good ones do come in that price range.
hmm Nixa is broken chinchilla, hmmmmm just about any color will go yummy with him. I am thinking a nice castor( agouti based) to give you the best variety of color.

oh no no no no no not me!!! i have 3 dogs and 3 cats in the house, i am done with that. someone else was interested. i stayed clear of them, saw how cute dottie was and walked away, almost ran actually!!
