Do you have any poultry nutridrench? A drop or two straight to her beak might give her a boost.
Also, the amprolium (corid is just brand name) can usually be found at the feed store with the cow stuff. It’s not labeled per se for chickens, but it’s the stuff you need. It’s available as a liquid or powder. If you’re sure your feed store doesn’t have it, I would still order online. And get nutridrench if you don’t already have some, too. They’re both crucial for a poultry first aid kit!
Wishing you & your girl all the best. I hope she makes a speedy & complete recovery.

I think I've read too much garlic can make them anemic, but don't quote me on that. It may be making the water less appealing. I've found apple cider vinegar can help with making them drink, but if treating for coccidia you can't add in anything to the water (electrolytes, garlic, ACV, vitamins, etc.) while treating.

So garlic can cause hemolytic anemia (found some actual research articles). Symptoms are weakness, paleness, lethargy, weight loss/slow growth, dullness, altered feathers.

Aspergillosis (like from moldy hay) can cause similar symptoms too.

@PolarBerry makes a good point. Do not use poultry nutridrench (or any of the others) while using Corid as it works by blocking thiamine. However, if by chance she lives long enough for you to get corid and treat her, you’ll want to follow up post treatment with the nutridrench. Also good to use if you have it while you wait for corid to arrive. I’d personally stay away from garlic water. That’s the last thing I’d want to drink if I were sick!

Thank you, I ordered some Nutridrench & Corid from amazon... it's supposed to be arriving today. The chick is still hanging in there. She's eating on her own and drinking on her own, but I've noticed she's got like a little balloon on the backside of her neck, like a bubble thats really soft :( I'm still trying to determine what it is she's sick with. Does it sound like the coccidiosis or is this something else?
