Chick almost out of shell and abandoned.. what should I do?

That looks like it might not have absorbed all of the yolk. Whatever you do, do not pick at it. If it is yolk and ruptures, all of the yolk will leak out, and that would be bad. Can you get a clear, close up picture of it?

ewww.. No I wont pick at it or touch it! I wasnt sure if id be able to help remove some shell and membrane. lol but it wasnt too bad. Ill. take a picture of that in a little bit.

No theres 5 or 6 hens sitting together. They like to share. lol Most of them stay sitting the entire hatching time but some will come and go when they want then squeeze back in by the other hens to continue hatching. Then they steal each others eggs. Usually they have all the eggs covered. We dont have a very organized coop. They have like shelves with a board going across the front to keep the hay up there and theres boards that section off to make individual laying areas but they always kick the hay out so then they pick areas on the ground where they'd rather lay their eggs. Theres about 12 hens and 5 roosters. Some how an egg that had already been pipped got shuffled out and when I noticed it, it was cold and I was gonna trash it but it started peeping and I wasnt even prepared to finish hatching it.
 
When do I need to put food and water out for this new chick? its still not very stable. I dont think it would be able to eat and drink without falling in side the containers of food and water.
 
Do you think if I put a wash cloth in a coffee cup then sat the chick inside on top of the wash cloth it would help make the chick more stronger?.. not so wobbly? it seems like if it was confined to a Slightly snug area that it would get use to standing on its feet easier and it would have more support with the wash cloth and coffee cup around it, for a day or two?

No... its way too wobbly! it would get trampled on for sure. if it was walking normal like the other 5 out there, I would. Theres no way it would make it right now. Sometimes the hens start bickering with each other and their babies get caught in the middle but at lease they can move.
