i have a chick that was hatching but then stopped.Its been a day.the chick is at the membrane no movement.What can I do?

it says 75%
Has it moved, or made noise since this picture?
I would assist this chick if it's still alive.
I never go that high with humidity. I stay at 55% - 65%.
Are you going by the incubator hygrometer?
