At this point i assisted him and he was stuck on the membrane he is peeping loudly in the incubator but in the egg shell there was green almost like poop.

A sticky chick situation. I've dealt with many of these, & it's caused by a humidity problem.

Take a tooth pick, a Q-tip, Coconut oil, or some water.

Take the Q-tip, dunk it in either the coconut oil, or water. Whichever you chose. Moisten the membranes. Take your tooth pick, & carefully remove shell, & membrane from the chick?
