Chick at stopped at the membrane when hatching

Every hour.Hes in the brooder but i need help he wont stop chirping to the point where i think he could lose his vocal cords. But also he isn't eating he picks up the chick feed and drops it.How do i get him to eat.
I dont think he'll damage his vocal cords, is he with other chicks? He might feel lonely. They usually have yolk in their stomach for up to 48 hours after hatch. If he's around the other chicks, he'll usually learn from them.

He's imprinted on you.
Does he/she have siblings?
