Chick attacked badly wounded

Help I just started integrating the babies with the big girls they've been doing ok and I even thought this morning we were over the hump of the tension and bullying. Until I found sweet Josaphene like this in the yard today. She's still breathing but not moving. She's pretty much been scalped. How do I help her. Can she recover? What kind of first aid should I use to clean her wounds?!?
