Chick behavior

My two week old chick's are about to turn 3 weeks, and are starting to get their flighty feathers, and are sort of flapping and going at eachother sometimes. Is that normal? Are they just getting used to their wings? Or are they just a bot bored and want to stretch their legs?

Normal. You'll hear an occasional screech where one will get landed on but it happens.
