Chick being picked on

We had 5 chicks hatch back in June. This one is the runt of the litter. I took her out to clean the wound with warm water. Is there anything else I should do? Right now she is in the same coop with mom, 4 siblings, and 6 four month old roosters.

I would remove the 6 cockerels from the pen and closely monitor.
