Chick born Saturday, we thought was dead, still has trouble drinking.

Sadly around 7:00 tonite baby chick died in its sleep. I know I did all that I could for the poor baby, but, sometimes it just isn't enough. I cried many tears but I know that it just wasn't meant to be. I still have my other five that are 10 and 11 weeks old. Thanks everyone for all the wonderful tips.

Thanks everyone. I was pretty upset but I don't know what problems the poor thing had either. You get attached so quickly. It was a little cutie. My son was so sweet and told me he would buy me one. I told him it was sweet but I have 2 that are 11 weeks old, one being a rescue, and 3 that are 10 weeks. He did get me a little box for baby, dug a hole to bury it and we put the little box in the ground and buried the baby. Of course I bawled the whole time!
