Chick breed guesses

Hi! Wondering if y’all have any ideas about the breeds of my chicks. The first I am guessing Silver Laced Wyandotte. She looks just like my GLW as a baby, but yellow markings instead of brown. The other... I don’t know - one of the store employees said that he thought it was a Blue Plymouth Rock but I googled pictures and those chicks don’t look like the one I have. It’s more petite than the presumed SLW and they are both 4 days old.

Your first is a silver laced wyandotte, you are correct. Second one sure is pretty with those markings, I have not seen a chick like this before. Hopefully other posters will chime in!

That’s why I had to get her, it was such a unique color combination. Thanks for the input

The first chick does look like a silver laced wyandotte. I think the second is a gold laced sebright.

A lot of people have posted asking about similar looking chicks. That breed just seems to be a mystery I guess.

I believe your guess was good.
Sebright do look similar.

Only the comb type looks single. Maybe it's just a Sebright with the wrong comb type. Not exactly unheard of!

I am so curious about this now that I used the chick identifier tool on some of the hatchery websites and nothing quite fit, even the sebright isn't quite right. Please post more photos of this little cutie as it feathers in!

Glad I'm not the only one that did that!
It'll be way easier once it gets a few feathers in.
