Here's two views of one of the TSC bantams I bought a couple weeks ago. They were straight run, but I couldn't resist.

Almost overnight, this one now seems to be standing more upright and the wing feathers are getting long, although I just took these photos less than a week ago.,Also it's holding its tail more upright, and is looking kind of like a roadrunner in posture and shape!

So I am wondering if this is a boy.

Is this a Polish crested bantam? Pullet or roo?

Chck #2 shortly after I got her...him? Just a few days old, less than a week. This was another of the TSC bantams. I liked the "checkerboard" or "hourglass" markings on her back. I figured with the dark body and little stubby light yellow wings, this would be a relatively plain bird.

A few weeks later, and she's bustin' out spangled feathers everywhere, looks like fireworks on full display.

I can't figure out what this chick is, any ideas on breed or gender?

It looks kinda like a buff brahma but it has white spots in its feathers, it's too dark, and it has a single comb. Is it mixed breed?

I don't know if it's a mixed breed. I got them from Tractor Supply.
