I hatched these baby’s from my splash Maran roo and olive egger hen. I’m wondering what the light colors would be called. Some are yellow some are almost white and some are light gray. Would they be splash olive egger is that a thing? And what color eggs will they lay?

You do not mention what color your olive Egger is.
Assuming your olive egger is black, then they are more likely light blue.
If your olive egger is blue then they could be splash.
Pullets from this cross will either lay a darker olive green egg or a dark brown egg, you have about a 50-50 chance.
