Chick can't lift head

Hi, my chick had some issues with it's hatching. It was pipped for about 12 hours with it's beak sticking out. I made an earlier thread about that and got some nice advice.
Now, the chick came out but isn't moving much and can't seem to lift it's head. It's very weak and breathing hard about 12 hours after coming out. It is still attached to the egg and is almost acting like it's still in the shell. Please help.

Give it sugar water that has egg yolk mixed I'm ans let it rest . Hopefully, it's just tired.

Sadly, the chick didn't make it. After some more research, I'm pretty sure my chick had some nerve damage. Or something of the sort. I don't know if this helps at all. Thank you for your reply.
