Canned or pumpkin puree that you make homemade. I would avoid seasoned canned pumpkin and try to find pure canned pumpkin

I would put some on a lid- like a cottage cheese lid or Tupperware lid. And I wouldn't leave it in there too long or put too much in, they'll get it all over themselves
