Chick can't stand up, looks to be getting worse - HELP

Do not give milk (you can however offer a live culture yogurt free choice)
Do not give any scratch grains
Ask the lady you got them from exactly what they were vaccinated for.
Give three drops of POLYVISOL Enfamil formulation a day for a week then taper off the next (this is a liquid childrens A-B-D3 supplement)... cant hurt and might very well help.

Thanks again guys for the replies,

Give three drops of POLYVISOL Enfamil formulation a day for a week then taper off the next (this is a liquid childrens A-B-D3 supplement)... cant hurt and might very well help.

Should I mix it with the water or would I be better using a dropper to administer it directly ?

I couldn't find the exact brand you mentioned (I'm in Australia so maybe the brands differ). I got a children's liquid multi-vitamin for ages 0-3. It recommends 0.45ml daily (starting with 0.15ml on first day and increasing by 0.15ml each day until 0.45ml is reached).

Should I give it 0.45ml or 0.15ml ? Or just give it two/three drops? Will I harm the bird by giving it too much ?

Thanks,
JC

It is most likely that the recquirements for children in australia will be the same as USA ... so the dosage/strength should be very similar. Give three drops a day for a week then taper off.

ETA: Here is the ingredient list for the polyvisol (so you can compare)

The dosage looks quiet a bit different on the one I got:

This lists the amount per mL:

Vitamin A - 3600
Vitamin B1 - 1.2mg
Vitamin B2 - 1.8 mg
Vitamin B3 - 15.8mg
Dexpanthenol - 640ug
Vitamin B6 - 300ug
Vitamin C - 95mg
Vitamin D3 - 22.5 ug

It looks like the dosage is 2-3 times stronger on the one I got. I am thinking two drops should be enough (Am I stressing too much about dosage) ?

Thanks,
JC
