Chick can't stand up, what's wrong with it?

Hi, this is a lavendar aracauna, hatched 24 hours ago, when moved to brooder noticed it wasn't able to stand up, thought one of its legs look slightly out so treating for spraddle leg, have had chicks hatch with spraddle leg that have gone on to be just fine within 24 hours, am really worried about this little one as it seems to not get itself back up so well, any advice/ help have attached a video
really don't want to have to euthanize, but that's looking to be the only option

Sometimes a chick will hatch with a vitamin imbalance or deficiency. This can affect balance and leg strength. Try giving it a bit of vitamin E oil and B-complex. A bit of warm sugar water to elevate its glucose levels won't hurt.
