Seven week old bantam easter egger started hobbling about a week ago. Now can't stand at all. Suggestions for treatment? Have video but the site apparently doesnt allow uploading mp4 formats.
When a leg is forward like that I think of Mareks. You can try some daily vitamin drops to see if it helps. Sometimes a vitamin deficiency causes leg problems as well.
She is on the young side for it to be Mareks. It can strike as early as 5 weeks old, but usually symptoms are seen later. Vitamins with riboflavin would be very good to use for a few weeks.
