Chick cant stand...

I have a 3 day old chick that all of a sudden cant stand. At day 1 and 2 it was running around, playing with its siblings. Now today all the sudden it seems like it is doing the splits and can hardly move. when it does try and move its like its doing the splits when it moves. I picked it up and tried to put its legs back together and all I could feel was its muscles quivering and when I put it back down it went right into the splits again. also it doesnt seem like it can move its feet.

Whats wrong, do I need to move the other chicks, can I help it?
