Chick starter and water is good!

The crop is at the right side of the breast. I'll circle it in your photo below.
When the chick has been eating/drinking, if you gently feel the right side of the breast, you should feel a bulge or something like a sac with food in it - the crop is like a pouch that holds food and water waiting to be digested.

Your chick looks ok in the photo. The crop does too.

It feels, I guess full maybe? Also he is doing a strange thing now. He looks up, beak straight up, closes his eyes, gulps for air, sneezes, makes a weird sound, then starts eating. That surely isnt normal
