Chick could walk but now can't ?

I have a chick that is about a week old and could walk and seemed very healthy by all accounts. I heard alert squawking this morning from the brooder and saw that it was laying on its side. There appears to be no broken bones, but it lays on its side and can't seem to now get up! It moves its legs and everything trying to get up but it can't. What is going on with it? What do I do?

Can you please post a picture it will help us confirm what the problem is.

Give the chick some water right away by dipping it's beak into the water while holding it. Do this repeatedly for a second, then let it swallow. SaveAChick electrolytes or NutriDrench would be good to use. Check it's bottom for pasty butt. What is your brooder temperature? Can the chick stand or walk if you set it upright? Did you get the chick in the mail, from a feed store or breeder, or hatch it?

It seems like he is not functional on one side of his body. There was nothing heavy for him to have been crushed or anything high he could have jumped off of and been hurt?

Chick is from my farm hens and rooster and all have been doing well. I am new to this but I don't know what pasty butt is exactly but I try and add organic apple cider vinegar to their water, not a lot just some. I am giving him electrolytes via a dropper. Temperature changes based on where they are in the brooder but there is a lamp and the rest are fine that are his age.

If he is not moving on one side, he might have suffered a head or back injury. I hope that it makes it.
