Chick disappears overnight

Thankyou to everyone who replied. My husband and I are going to go over the coop very thoroughly. The attached run is very secure for anything larger than rodents and snake and such, but during the daytime it is open so the hens can free roam my backyard. That I knowingly take chances on. At night I close it but it looks like I will be closing the doors to the hen house also. We know of one opening in the corner about a half inch wide. That will be gone and anything else we find. Thanks again to everyone. I'm not able to post pictures at this time because I am having a problem with the PC/cell phone connection.
