Chick dragging egg around?????

So my chick that hatched 5 hours ago is still dragging the rest of its egg shell around. It is still attached some how though I'm not sure how...its hard to see in the little hovabator.

Any ideas? is this bad? Is it normal to take a little longer to separate?

If it is hindering the chick or putting the chick or anyone else in danger, I say cut the cord gently. If not, wait til everyone has hatched.

Try not to open the incubator yet, Some times the egg will come off on its own, maybe someone else will have better advice!!!

Just leave it alone. It will come off on it's own or when everyone is done hatching, you can cut whatever is making it stick... It is fine right now.

Thank you all soooo much.There are three out and only 16 eggs altogether so it isn't too crowded
