cleaning won't do any good (although yes clean before treating), you'll need proper mite treatment for the birds.
And some diatomaceous earth to sprinkle in the corners of the coop. It's a natural pesticide safe to use in coops

Sounds like you're dealing with maggots.
Are there flies flying around?

I don't know where to start it's a dirty one I will build a new one I think it is the best choice

Start with a power washer and a feed shovel.
