CHICK EMERGENCY!! *Update* Still need advice

He pecks at stuff now but I have yet to see him drink. His stool is bubbly and watery.

That's good. He's showing an interest in food. You may want to gently dip his beak in water to stimulate drinking behavior. Other than that, since the chick is still under 3 days old, I'd leave him be and just monitor.

He was the only one of his brood to hatch out of 4 eggs, he hobbles but wont eat on his own, I ground up his food even smaller but he wont eat it, he pecks and gives up. I will try some vinegar.

Don't give him the vinegar straight. Not sure if you know this but just put a splash into a gallon of water. In other words, dilute it quite a bit. I have been putting a splash into my water for my baby chicks since they were one day old and they are now 3 months and thriving.
