He pecks at stuff now but I have yet to see him drink. His stool is bubbly and watery.

Don't give him the vinegar straight. Not sure if you know this but just put a splash into a gallon of water. In other words, dilute it quite a bit. I have been putting a splash into my water for my baby chicks since they were one day old and they are now 3 months and thriving.He was the only one of his brood to hatch out of 4 eggs, he hobbles but wont eat on his own, I ground up his food even smaller but he wont eat it, he pecks and gives up. I will try some vinegar.
