Chick Enrichment / Entertainment

I have two chicks indoors that are in an old guinea pig cage. They have their heatlamp, feeder, and watered, and a wooden perch they do not use. Any tips on entertainment or enrichment for them? They just seem so bored :/

My chicks didn't like the roost at first. They seemed to enjoy it much more when I went outside and got some tree branches to use as little perches. They sell chick sticks you can buy at the farm store, I wouldn't put a large toy in your cage as space is limited. Lots of people say mirrors work. Mine like grass clippings (none too long to avoid impacted crop) and I've even used one of those little plastic cat balls with a bell in it. Dust baths are great entertainment too. Just make sure if you're using treats you're providing chick grit. Messing with them a lot also helps get rid of boredom.
