Chick foot bruised

A neighbor’s dog found it’s way into our backyard somehow and grabbed one of our chicks and threw it in the air while we had them foraging. It lost a lot of feathers, but I thought it was okay until I saw it hobbling. Is this more of a bruise from what happened or infection? On the back it doesn’t look like bumble foot or anything. I can post more pictures when I get home. Thanks so much.

Looks like bruising. I would monitor to assure other birds do not pick on her.

Thank you! I think you’re right. . Do you know how long something like this usually takes for chickens to heal?
