Chick has bald spots and dry skin on those spots

I’m experiencing the exact same thing. I hatched eggs from my own birds that I’ve hatched from in the past, so I know it’s not genetic. A couple of the chicks hatched looking burned/bald in spots. I assumed it had something to do with the heat/humidity even though the other chicks look normal and everyone hatched (100 hatch rate). They’re 2 weeks old now and the bald looking ones look even worse. They’re getting their feathers but the bald spots are even more noticeable because they expose the shaft of the feathers. So strange! I’ve hatched a lot and never seen anything like it.

We think it's a girl, we named her popcorn and she still has a few bald spots but seems fine

I didn't even choose it, we had a church meat up at my house and I said "we need some names what should we name them?" And this 3 year old said "popcorn" and I liked it so that's her name
