Bald Spots in ~10 week old Bresse

Hi all, I got a few Bresse pullets a few weeks ago. One of them had bald (or less-feathered spots where I can see her skin) spots and I thought she might grow new feathers but so far no dice. Is this an issue, and if so, is there a remedy? Thanks!

It could be some feather picking by the other chickens. Can you get a close up picture of her left eye, and compare it to her other eye? Something looks off.

She hasn't been picked on since I took them home. It could have happened at the breeder?

Anyways these feathers still don't seem to be growing back. Will it take until she molts? Is this anything I should be worried about? Thanks.

Were you ever able to get a new photo of her left eye close up? The eye in the first picture looks abnormal. It I could the the third eyelid is covering, but it looks cloudy or grey and the pupil may be irregular.

I agree, that the pin feathers are growing in.
