chick has beak issue

I have a chick that is a few days old that I have been having to syringe feed, but unfortunately I have noticed that the skin under its beak is thin and its tongue kinda hangs down into a pouch now. It was not like this yesterday, and the "pouch" looks almost like a boil (but I know it is not because I can see its tongue moving within). any way to treat this? I'm afraid his tongue will rub all the way through or something.

I would say it's fine but if it gets worse or stays like it for a while, I would take her to professionals.
