Chick has big bump on right side of chest

my little chick Night has a bump on the side of her chest it was not there yesterday. It does not seem to bother her. What is the bump and will she be ok?

Thanks. She is the most people loving chicken I have ever had. Even if other chicks are around she follows me and tries to sit on my shoulder all day long.

Definitely something she ate in her crop! Grit should digest it. Cute chick!

I gave her some grit but her crop is getting larger still. Any suggestions?
