When I got my EE's a few weeks ago, the breeder threw in an extra chick for free. When I got them home I noticed the free chick had this very same problem. I thought the breeder was just giving her away because he didn't think she would make it. Her wings were so long that they were almost bigger than she was, and they kinda dragged the ground. We just kept an eye on her and made sure she was getting plenty to eat and drink, sometimes taking her over to the food and water just to make sure she was getting plenty. She has grown into her wings now and she's running around like all the others.
As long as she's not getting picked on by the others and is getting plenty to eat and drink, she should be ok. You can give her some boiled egg yokes (smashed really well) for extra protein to boost her energy, to help her carry her heavy burden. I always try to give my new chicks boiled eggs for this reason.
