Chick has what looks like a tumor on its neck!!

Thanks everyone. I do believe it is the crop. It's size was reduced this morning. The flipping over only happens when we pick her up. She tries to bury her head in your hand & ends up flipping herself over. Would it hurt to give vitamin b if it isn't wry neck?

If this chick does not display motor function disabilities when left alone to assume her normal activities, she hasn't got any issues in that department. Therefore, no need to treat.
