Chick hatched...now what!?!?

Been having a horrible time with this batch. One chick just hatched, but there was blood in the shell and he/she is just flopped over and not getting-up. Ummm?

Check to see if the navel is closed. If its not...it won't make it. I had one this way and had to cull it.

Navel seems closed. No new blood. Moving about now.

I am going to be a wreck for work tomorrow. Will be up more than sleeping checking on the little black silkie and the other 2 who should be hatching anytime.

Hatching is an exhausting process for the chicks. They may just be gathering energy.
