I recently had 1 chick out of 12 hatch on day 18 with splay legs, crooked toes on 1 foot and a weird navel anomaly. Looked like everything hadn't retracted like it should before hatching, only good thing is it looks like it very slowly receding. I didn't help this chick at all, I woke up and it had hatched overnight. I'm doing dry hatch heat at 101. I made a "chick shoe" to straighten those toes and a brace made with rubberbands to keep feet under him. Lol this poor chick look like it was in a car crash. Its eating and moving fine, better with the rubber braces.
