Chick hatched with partial yolk sac exposed what can I do

First get a pic. I know the knowledgeable folks will be better able to advise seeing what is going on.

Line a small cup or bowl with a soft cloth and gently place the chick in it.

I will tag a couple folks that have WAY more knowledge than I do.

Oh, I'm not much of a hatcher LOL
I would do the same - put the chick in a cup
