If you want bantams, you are going to need to get straight run and find something to do with the roos. You could advertise on Craigslist or somewhere to give them away. The upside if you get attached to them is that few people will bother to butcher them due to their small size. They could end up as food for reptiles or raptors I suppose.

Even if you could get pullet chicks, you know someone in the production chaing is killing the male chicks and feeding them to other animals. That's just reality.

I was going to do them, but I can't take any chances of getting a rooster. (since I have 3 already and its a pain to get rid of.)
Did you get more girls then boys?

Occasionally I received more girls than boys, but normally it was about 50/50.
