Chick hatching in coop and it is freezing

I hatched 4 RIR chicks a week ago & have them in a box's with heat lamp inside a 10x 16 metal building & the last two nites its been 20 degrees. I'm having a hard time with the temp but the chicks seem fine.

I have a mom and 3 chicks hatched on christmas day. and 7.5" of snow on the ground. they are fine, mom keeps them all snuggly warm
