chick having trouble, PLEASE HELP

I have a chick that is trying to hatch but I don't think it is working out too well

Please help. He started to stick to the egg because the humidity went down but I have a cup of water in the bator and the egg is sitting on a wet paper towel. I don't think he can pip anymore because of his position

could i possibly break some pieces of the egg off where he is not attached?? so he could possibly squirm around and eventually hatch???

I have no idea how to help but I'm sorry this is happening. Here was another post that might help...a wet paper towel to increase the humidity?
