Chick having trouble pooping

She is about a week old and when she tries to poop she just chirps (as if she is in pain). Also during this her inside starts to come out, it is very large and swollen. Her poop though is not hard or firm, it is very runny, which is what the other chicks poop is like. Is there anything I can do to help her, quickly she seems in so much pain.

Hi, Do all of your chicks have the runs? You could have a case of cocci going on if that is the case.
