Chick head stuck down

My first chick just hatched about 30 minutes ago and he keeps trying to stand up, but his head is stuck tucked down and keeps making him fall over. Is this normal?

...Maybe hold her/him with its head up? call a vet...?

She might not make it
Maybe prepare for the worst, I'm sorry. She could have hurt her neck while hatching,... ir it grew wrong.

Update! She’s walking at least a couple steps with her head up now!

Newly hatched chicks often aren't able to hold their head up, or walk coordinated until an hour/ or a few hours after hatch.

If she proceeds to act that way, I would try offering her mashed scrambled eggs or drip a drop of a poultry vitamin along her beak in a day or two. This early, giving them anything can cause them to aspirate very easily.

I think it just looks like that because chickens want to move straight away but are weak as well from the hard work of getting out of the shell. give it a little time im sure it will be fine whe it gets its strength up.

Thank you all so much! She’s walking around like normal now. This is my very first hatch so I’ve been a little panicky.
