Thank you all so much! She’s walking around like normal now. This is my very first hatch so I’ve been a little panicky.

Glad to hear. At this point, they can be taken out of the incubator and set in a brooder with a heat source.

VTovarez, YAY! that great news. so happy for you. congratulations on your first chick!
sometimes it can look grim when they first hatch but give it a little time as there really isnt much you can do at that stage anyway, they just need to get their strength up

Welcome to BYC! She looks much better. I agree, they are very poorly coordinated until a day or two after hatching. She might have been malpositioned or something and her neck was stuck in a weird position. Things like that almost always fix themselves in a few days.
