CHICK HELP!! One day old chick

Can anyone tell me if this is normal looking for a chick that had a yoke sac not totally absorbed? She hatched yesterday, is eating, drinking, running around. I took her out of the incubator a day after hatching. Is there something I should do?

If she's eating and drinking and running around, I'd leave her be and see what happens. But that's just me. I'm kind of a hands off, let nature take its course kind of person. Unless an animal is suffering. Depending on the severity, I either try to fix it or have my DH put it down.
